The Father.

"Le Père" follows André, an elderly man battling Alzheimer’s, and the gradual unraveling of his perception of reality. The play draws the audience into André’s disoriented mind, exploring themes of identity, memory loss, and the painful erosion of independence. Like the story itself, the set design is inspired by the structure of text: instead of shifting between physical locations, André remains within the “space of his mind,” where fragments of memory emerge piece by piece. Changes in lighting further support the storytelling, mirroring his fractured perception.
